To help passengers to plan for their trips.
• Answer customer inquiries in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with ticket purchases, change, refunds and will call pickups..
• Effectively communicate company policies and procedure
• To answer questions on travel arrangements such as routes and time schedules.
• Re-book tickets and other arrangements if the passengers decide to change their
schedules
• Able to make accurate bookings for customers.
• Calculate expenses and write and sell tickets to the passengers.
• Help passengers by answering questions on travel arrangements.
• Help to make and confirm reservations.
• Provide good customer service.
• Handle customer complaints in a calm and efficient manner
