Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Showroom Manager and Sales Head to lead our furniture showroom and drive sales in the office furniture segment. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in selling office furniture, along with strong contacts and relationships with interior designers and architects. As the Showroom Manager and Sales Head, you will be responsible for managing the showroom operations, overseeing the sales team, and fostering partnerships to maximize revenue and market presence.

Responsibilities:

1) Showroom Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring a welcoming and engaging environment for customers. Maintain the visual appeal of the showroom, including arranging furniture displays and ensuring cleanliness.

2) Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competition to drive effective sales strategies.

3) Sales Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management. Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture, encouraging teamwork and individual growth.

4) Business Development: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, and key industry professionals. Leverage existing contacts and develop new partnerships to drive sales opportunities and expand the customer network.


Requirements:

1) Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
2) Proven experience of 4-6 years in selling office furniture, preferably in a managerial capacity.
3) Strong network and relationships with interior designers, architects, and industry professionals.
4) Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
5) Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in leading and developing a sales team.
