Job Title: IT Executive
Location: Surat
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 (Based on Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, and software.
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and network issues.
Manage user accounts, system access, and data backups.
Monitor IT infrastructure, system security, and antivirus updates.
Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement and maintenance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
Knowledge of Windows OS, LAN/WAN, networking, hardware, and MS Office.
Basic understanding of servers, CCTV, firewall, and cloud services is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
