Job Title: Area Sales Executive (ASE)
Location: Surat
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: ₹25,000–₹45,000 + Incentives (Based on Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage sales within the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Appoint and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and submit sales reports.
Ensure timely collections and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
2–5 years of experience in field sales/FMCG/Consumer Goods/Retail Sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred.
